This isn't something I have heard of before. However, pain as you experience isn't normal. Almost sounds like it is neurological in nature. I would seek your Primary care doctor first. He may have the best ides of what specialist you should see. It may not be OBYGN, but some other specialized doctor. Don't be afraid to tell your primary about all the symptoms.
