Synnove is right nicotine is a stimulant and may cause your hands to shake. Usually that will stop if you have been smoking for a while.

I do have hands that shake at times. I have not been able to figure out why. My signatures can be a real mess at times! Sometimes if I drink to much caffeine they will shake.

Some medications can cause the shakes as can blood sugar issues.
