I don't have any answers, but I'm so glad to hear that others have hand tremors with PN. I have to write notes for others to read and it is really embarrassing, my handwriting is almost illegible sometimes. I have small fiber neuropathy and two neurologists have told me that tremors are not associated with PN unless one has Parkinson's (which I don't). Thanks for the validation!
