Talking about in my morning coffee. I was using a level tablespoon of sugar in my one cup in the morning. Tried going without but...

...ick tooey. Coffee alone just doesn't taste that good to me. So I bought a rather expensive box of 100 packets. With as little as I'm using, is it really making any difference to my body?
My intent is slow weight loss, or no gain, so I'm limiting certain things. Is this tiny amount worth the expense?
