Seems it's not just me then. Although I live on another continent I have been experiencing much the same for the last 10 days or so. It's not at the "killing me" stage yet, but after a long stretch of being relatively pain free it's no fun at all.
I don't think it's the PN though, as I feel it in most of my joints - it's definitely arthritis.
