Metanx is a vitamin combo RX with methylcobalamin (activated B12), methylfolate (activated folic acid) and activated B6. It is designed for neuropathy patients, but will only work in those who are low in these 3 vitamins. Some of our neuropathy posters from the PN forum have used this treatment.

Vit C however is used sometimes in RSD patients, as well as various antioxidants. (grapeseed extract used to be posted about on this forum in the past. You can search it to find those posts.).

For people who cannot methylate vitamins to activate them in the body, this vitamin combo should help. DNA methylation errors are pretty common...some doctors say up to 40% of people have them. (MTHFR polymorphisms).
