reintroduction/and big problem
Hi, I been gone for a long time, health issues and 1 catastrophe after another, including getting bumped by a person backing out and texting, did i mention i was in mobility scooter? idiots! I don't know if I was in severe pain or mad as ****. Took me about a year to get over it. I'm more fortunate than other's who have an encounter with a texter!!
I have several conditions, phenylketonuria, fibro, myofasical pain, ataxia, tunnel vision, fall down a lot, and prone to blood clots. PKU and being off the diet for 30 years has done it's damage, muscle, joint, nerve, and demyelination.
I got a question, I barely able to get around anymore. And I know i'll need a wheelchair, starting the works to get one. Sooner the better. I have 1 problem, I live in the independent section of a senior home. The woman that owns this place she does not allow wheelchairs, scooters or power chairs, and large walkers in the dining room. She says that even if you can walk just a little, they can't bring in chair. i can walk with the help of a walker but after a few steps, shock sensations, and spasms go through my legs. I've looked myself cross-eyed searching the ADA page and still have no answer. Even thought this is an independently owned facility, Is it illegal for this woman to enforce this?
Sorry this is so long, thanks for reading and especially some answers. Good to be back
