I'm sorry you can't get out of the job. With the economy the way it is that is a very difficult decision to make. Try deep breathing when something happens in work. Sometimes you just have to realize other people are not worth making yourself feel worse.

As for exercising I too have put it aside. Maybe someday we will be able to return. There is always hope. Let us know how your doctors appt. goes. I'm glad you found a doctor that you think cares. That so important.
