The treatment that helps the most is moderating your lifestyle. Learning to work around your symptoms and accommodate those you can not work around allows one to go on and let time and a moderate lifestyle effect healing.
Amitriptyline is not a treatment. It is just top reduce a symptom temporarily.
There are no cures besides letting the body heal itself.
