I think it would be very beneficial if emotional, stress, anxiety or tension is a part of the picture.
But I don't think it would do much for actual compressions or impingements..that is where the phys therapy, chiropractic, bodywork, posture & self care come in to play and finding the ones that work for your version of TOS.
