I am still improved. I never dreamed I would lay outside in 83 degree weather in the sun ever again, but since taking these pills I can. I still have to have my little portable battery fan pointed at my feet and keep water or biofreeze on them but still....the fact that I can do it at all is a miracle.

I still get burning if I am in warm temperature or walking a lot, like shopping is still impossible however it is truly improved by 80% in every other aspect. I can tell a difference when I don't take the second pill during the day.

So for me, this supplement has moved to the very top of my list.

The burping fish oil is gone.
