I feel fine the next day after playing video games. I really am not in the mood to go to work so I have been staying home playing GT6 with my G27 *admin edit*. I guess I can keep playing if I get no bad symptoms?

Give Mark's suggestion a try too. Play some real cards with a real deck and a solo game.

I am not a fan of cards, I am a fan of GT6 though. Loving the new suspension and tire models.
