Did you really go down to Santa Cruz? The second pic in the first set is the Sutro Baths. I love stopping there, it's a fun place, I assume your DH told you it's history. I live about an hour away from the city (without traffic). I used to work in the city, right next to the SFMOMA. I miss being there, but don't miss the commute. I'm glad you had a decent time, not counting the stomach issues, and of course your loss.

It's also too bad that you had to come when the weather was absolutely horrible (for here). It's been freezing, record breaking cold. I know, you're probably laughing, but it's usually super nice here. One of the reasons I pay so much for living here.
