Default Deep root crown upper left.

Hi I am desperate for some advice. I had a deep root canal crown done about 3 years ago. Some months later I ended up with what I thought was an abscess at the very back of my mouth upper left. Months of doctors and dentist trips followed. I took numerous antibiotics to no avail. Eventually after a ct scan a large cyst was located in upper left sinus. This was operated and removed in feb 2012. Since then I have been constantly ill with what I believe is sinus problems, headaches, nausea on and off, blocked left nostril which can become clogged and crusty and doesn't seem to drain. I have been back and to to doctors and the hospital so many times, more antibiotics steroid sprays. Spent fortunes on an ostepath. Initially at the beginning of 2013 an ENT looked at me and could see the swelling in my upper left cheek he couldn't get the endoscope up my nose. He referred me back to the oral surgeon who had removed the cyst. He states that the further ct and MRI scan I had we're all clear and that I didn't have sinus problems. Back to a different Nhs ENT and he has now told me that I have a deviated septum and wants to operate on me in 6 weeks. I have been on the net and am now convinced that the problem is the deep root crown. I am so fed up and feel ill most days. I have has dental X-rays that show nothing and everywhere I turn I can't get an answer. I have decided now that this tooth has to come out as I don't believe it is a deviated septum as I have always had this.

How do I go about getting it removed. I live in the uk and have already spent money privately to try and speed up getting this sorted. My doctor and dentist aren't listening to me and I don't know what to do. I am scared of this getting worse.
