Exclamation

I've played video games as part of my recovery. I didn't do so until I was comfortable to actually see bright light for an extended period of time. Even the noise sometimes was overwhelming.

But with time and incremental exposure, working up to longer sessions, video games help with cognitive function and stimulation. It was better than going outside at times. The fun factor was very important.

I was worried I couldn't drive and shift properly in the virtual world!
