I'm sorry you feel so bad. I know how you feel I have back pain so bad I can't take a breath or cry, like you said. I would ask, your doctor first. Have you tried a heating pad or an ice pack?

If I do something to make my back hurt like carrying grocery bags or bending over to pick something then I use Ice. If it just starting hurting when I didn't do anything to cause it then I use a heating pad. I had to look all that up because I use them a lot. It seems to help.
