I am not sure what your docs are doing or telling you, but at 2 yrs post, you are behind the 8 ball! Can you get a referral to a neurologist or pain doc (or maybe you already have)? Has anyone considered RSD/CRPS? The approach for such is a different treatment paradigm altogether.
