Back again as something is going on

As some members know I was rear ended by 2 vehicles in the Spring, have had a lot of neuro problems etc...over the past month or so suddenly I feel "weird" in my head, something feels very wrong but it's so difficult to explain, everything feels so surreal, I know where I am but have to sit down and feel as though I'm just staring for about 3 minutes, my brain just doesn't feel right.

Yesterday my neck and back were in terrible pain all day, the pain is always there but some days they really flare up. Suddenly last night here comes that strange feeling in my brain, it just feels as though something is terribly wrong, surreal..I managed to walk shakily to my husband to tell him to call someone for help it was that bad, I felt so sick in my stomach and clammy on my forehead.

I 1/2 laid down and stayed that way for about 2-3 minutes or so, then my both arms and all my fingers started to tremble but inside, on the outside they were just shaking a little but to me they were trembling a lot.

The trembling lasted about a minute and a half, went from my arms then only in a few fingers, afterwards I felt a little off and scared for 30 minutes.

Is anyone familiar with any of this?

Have a neuro appt for the New Year but should I go back to my Dr. on Monday? My husband wants me to go to the ER.
