During my recent trip to the er I found that my lipase was low. Even though the dr.s don't seem worried about this, I have read that it can cause an fat not to be dissolved properly this increasing weight and cholererstral and other things.
So my New Years resolution is to eat better and exercise.
Trying to get my hubby to join a gym with me.
