I don't have the constant sinus infections, but I have had vertigo since I was a teenager. Since CRPS I have had more episodes than before, and I swear the gabapentin, and certainly the big gun drugs only exacerbates the vertigo. I have had it last a few minutes to several days. Antivert works pretty good and of course if your nauseous Zofran is a good drug for that, and my only other suggestion is rest. Hope you're feeling better soon!
