Default Getting carried away... ugh!

It's crazy to me how, at two months out from my concussion, I'm still learning about what I can and cannot handle.

We are having several friends over for New Year's Eve tomorrow night. We are expecting a fairly large turnout, compared to what we usually see; just happened that a larger than normal portion of those we invited accepted the invitation lol. I figured I would get a jump start on things and get most of the cooking done today so that tomorrow I won't have as much to do; thought maybe I could enjoy the party more that way.

Just trying to cook wore me out.

I guess I should have tried to plan out the morning in advance; maybe then it wouldn't have been as exhausting because I wouldn't have had to "think on my feet" quite so much? I'm definitely not physically tired; it's the same brain fatigue that I felt a couple of weeks ago at the end of a long week of work, just on a smaller scale.

Time to go take a nap and hope I wake up rested enough to help my husband with the house work tonight.
