Alffe, I'm sorry you've been under the weather. I hope that infection clears fast. Sinus infections can make a person feel really bad.

Don't forget the old fashioned remedy of using a large bowl of hot water and place a towel over your head and inhale the steam. A couple of drops of eucalyptus oil in the hot water can really help. Steam, steam, steam. Other than that a brisk swim in the salty ocean would help but I know that's not going to happen.
