I get one every year and it doesn't cause me a problem. I never get the flu either. One year when I worked at a small business all of the employees except me had horrible cases of flu and all were gone for at least a week, one owner was hospitalized. I was the only one showing up and keeping things going, and I was the only one who had had the flu shot. It works for me so I'll keep taking it!
