Ok Im new at this. To make a loñg story short. Had my hearing in Nov 2013. The day of my hearing the judge asked to see my lawyer. She went in came out, and said would I be willing to change my onset date. I said yes. We went in the judge asked the VE nothing. Asked if I would agree to what my lawyer had presented me with. I said yes, he said thank you have a nice day it is now at the decision writers for 10 days today. Im worried he will deny me.
