Hi rory,

I'm sorry that I can't give you much help, but hang on in there because I'm certain others on these boards have discussed symptoms very similar to yours in your eye, and that it can indeed be related to the CRPS. I also wanted to reassure you that it might not be - my daughter recently had some horrible episodes of eye pain that made her cry, and it turned out she wasn't wearing her glasses enough, and it was straining her eyes, which then gave her the pains. The optician said eyes can give horrible pain. He checked her over for glaucoma (pressure build-up that can cause pain), but her eyes were fine, and when she started wearing them more (TV ) she hasn't had one since.

I'm not saying this is what your pain is, just that lots of things can cause eye pain, and you need to get them checked by an optician to rule out other things. Like with any diagnosis of CRPS, firstly you have to rule out anything else that might be causing the pain...

Have you tried doing a search on this site for 'CRPS in eye'? That should bring up anything here. You could also try a google search of the same terms.

I hope it eases off today for you. Eye pain is horrible at any time, but when you're already dealing with CRPS, you don't need anything else. Take care.

Bram.
