Forget about exercise until absolutely all symptoms have gone. I am 1yr and 2 months on and I thought I was better, went to the gym two months ago and sure enough the neuropathic pain came back and I am now on Lyrica.

Cymbalta really helped me at 30mg both for pain and taking the edge off things. Imigran helped me with headaches.

Get plenty of rest, avoid computers, TV, overstimulation - plenty of quiet rest is the best medicine.

I am working full time and leading a busy life now. However I need to know my limits and the gym on top of everything else is too much.

Good luck!

Symptoms mostly resolved, working full time and I am now mostly better. I wake 6am daily since my injury. Was experiencing daily Neuralgia which was controlled with Cymbalta 30mg, Lyrica 200mg daily. Now only on 30mg Cymbalta.
