C-5 is a bit low for causing concussion symptoms. With your disk degeneration, your chiro needs to be very gentle adjusting your neck. The standard 'twist the head and pop the neck' is often too aggressive for necks injured during a head impact. You probably should ice your neck after he adjusts it.
