Can you please provide a link regarding the above? SSDI is a Federal program. All states must follow the same "FED" law.

I currently get Social security and SSDI. Nobody who has my care will take Medicaid.
If you are receiving SSDI, by FED law, you are entitled to Medicare. It is your choice whether you want it or not. Why are you not getting this? Did you elect not to have it? Medicaid is for folks on SSI, welfare, etc.
