Default Surgery and Botox at same time

I am scheduled for 1st rib removal w/scalenectomy on my Left side on Jan. 24th at Johns Hopkins. My vascular surgeon had given me the option to try Botox first, but, I decided to go for the surgery since my left side is just useless at this point. Once that was set, I asked him if anything could be done for my Right side, which is also affected, though not as severely as my left. He said he could set me up with a world-renowned anesthesiologist(seriously, the guy has his own XMradio show, and has been on Dr. Oz.) at Hopkins that would do Botox injections on my Right side while we were in town for the surgery. So, now I am set to have surgery on Friday the 24th, and then Botox injections on Monday the 27th. I am glad it can all get done in one trip, since we are coming from Ky, but, I'm starting to wonder: is that too much all at once?
