I made an appt with my old primary care doc for tomorrow. Already have run out of money.

Hmmm. Sorry this is so difficult. All my doc needed years ago was an MRI to rule out a tumor. I can understand a doc wanting to run a few tests, but I find it rather appalling that he would tell you (a patient who is suffering!) that you are wasting his time! That is terrible! I hope your primary care doc can help. A neurologist is best at treating this, but I was treated for several years at the beginning by my internist.

I hope you can find a way to get some health insurance. It is very likely that you will need ongoing treatment if you have TN! Fortunely now it doesn't matter that you have a preexisting condition.
