The information you posted contains very little background, so I would suggest the following: Review the Tarlov Cyst Disease Foundation website, and the site of Dr. Frank Feigenbaum. You can spend some time reviewing posts on this forum to learn what has worked, and not worked, for other patients with symptomatic Tarlov cysts.
In my experience the only long term relief from symptomatic Tarlov cysts is the surgical procedure performed by Dr. Feigenbaum. The pre- and post-op care that you must provide yourself will have an impact on the outcome of your surgery. Three years after surgery I have no symptoms related to my previously symptomatic Tarlov cyst.
