ED,
Hope you are feeling better than before. Nobody seems to know what is causing my headaches.
I used to get a crushing sensation and very deep headaches - this was eventually controlled well with 30mg Cymbalta daily and Imigran (6 tablets per month).
I am still on Cymbalta 30mg 1 year and 2 months after my concussion, but have now been diagnosed with Neuralgia and am on 100mg Lyrica daily. This combination works really well now and I barely have symptoms.
All headaches are different, but mine have changed as time has passed, decreasing in severity.
After two CT's last year I am now finally due an MRI next week.

Symptoms mostly resolved, working full time and I am now mostly better. I wake 6am daily since my injury. Was experiencing daily Neuralgia which was controlled with Cymbalta 30mg, Lyrica 200mg daily. Now only on 30mg Cymbalta.
