Have you been tested for B12 levels? You need to be at 400pg/ml at least which is the new cut off for low.

If you have been tested get your results because doctors still
follow antiquated lab ranges and go down to 200 (calling that normal) which many people can get symptoms at those levels.

This is only the start. There are 3 basic nutrients you can be low in commonly:
B12
magnesium
Vit D

Also essential fatty acids tend to be ignored, but today the public knows more about these. These are basically dietary. Omega-3's in Flax and fish oil.
