Yes, I sent Rick the white rat with his copy of the book. And yes, Lindy was the incredible graphic designer of the book. For the past year, almost daily, she and I edited it via Skype from the US to UK. It is an e-production although not yet an e-book.
BTW, some of us (the Parkinsons Creative Collective folks) have never met in person. It's truly wonderful how it is possible to work together and produce a book on-line.
