Hi! I am almost 3 months post-op. I had surgery with Dr. Feigenbaum on November 6, 2013. I had 4 cysts that had been causing pain for 3 years. I am glad I had the surgery but it's hard to be patient while I heal. It takes time for the nerves to regenerate...and then it depends on how much damage was done to the nerves. Not everyone will have the same outcome since the length of time the nerves were compressed varies person to person. I am able to do day to day things, but I still have some pain....that's normal.
I felt very comfortable traveling to Dallas to have Dr. F do the surgery. He is very knowledgable and has performed hundreds of these surgeries.
If you have any questions, I will try to answer them for you.
