I have been over weight all of my life. I come from an Italian family that was quite heavy. In High School I weighed over 200 pounds. Since November 2012 I have dropped 80 pounds. I tipped the scales at 235 pounds this morning.
Because of my weak jaw mussels, I am forced to eat soft, health food. I can no longer eat at fast food places when working. This started long before I every heard the term "Myasthenia Gravis". I will share my food strategy in a later post, and hope to learn form others some new ideas for my diet.
Whenever I see someone that I have not seen for awhile, they remark on my weight loss and ask me how I did it. I tell them that I am on the Myasthenia Gravis Diet, but I don't recommend it.
