Many thanks for the charging advise guys, yep looks like I need to get into a routine with charging. My IPG is in my tummy and I too can wear the Nevro belt and charge while mobile... as long as I keep straight so as not to make it move.
I am favouring program two or three at the moment and have been advised to have it on max during the day and knock it down a couple of bars at night.
Does any one here know what the selected program actually changes on a Nevro, I assume that the min/max setting is power intensity, but am not sure in the program selection changes frequency or activates a particular electrode of the eight electrodes on the end of the lead?
I like to understand this sort of stuff being a bit of a tech-freak
Cheers all, Wingy
