And sometimes nutrient deficiencies sneak up on people. One of them is magnesium. When low in this mineral, there are many nerve and muscle symptoms. Here is a link to the magnesium thread on our Vitamin forum: Up to 70% of people in the US are not consuming the RDA in this mineral and therefore have health issues and troubling symptoms.
