Hi Kim

Don't be so hard on yourself! You have lots to contribute, and it's not all about knowledge - being supportive and kind on here is worth any amount of dispassionate advice... None of us knows everything about CRPS, and speaking from your own experience and point of view, even when you've not had it long, is still very interesting and valuable. We all have things that work for us, and you might find something the rest of us haven't even tried!

I'm sorry life is so exhausting for you at the moment, I can quite understand you not wanting to do much typing after a long day at work! Whenever you can contribute is just fine by us

Take care of yourself and keep smiling whenever you can. You're doing incredibly well holding down your job, so give yourself a small pat on the back from me and feel proud. They don't know what you're going through, but we do...

Bram
