When I first started PT it was a joke. Then they more than doubled my number of hours doing PT ( there was no gradual increase) and at the same time they increased the intensity of the exercises. By the 4 th day I couldn't walk and the doc had to call in steroids. I don't trust them at all. Just use your best judgement and trust what your body is telling you!
