Default Constricted Pupils

My pupils have been unusually small since the concussion.

On the days that I feel better than usual, my pupils appear semi-normal. On really bad days, they are very tiny.

My pupils do get bigger in the dark (I have checked by covering my eyes and then removing my hand), and the sizes are not uneven.

Everything that I've read online seems to say that pupils should get bigger, not smaller, during a concussion. Can small pupils be caused by a concussion, and if so, is there anything that I can do to fix it?

I don't have vision insurance, but I have an appointment with the eye doctor in early February because my vision has gotten very bad since the concussion. I'm curious if there are any special tests that I should request while I'm there or if rest, eating healthy, etc. will help my pupils become normal over time.
