Hi JohnnyAppleseed, do you have a family doctor? It sounds like you best see a GP - general practitioner straight away. In Australia (my home) we always have to see a GP first. That's so we can unload our bundle and then they refer us to a specialist eg neurologist, endocronologist, physiotherapist etc. As your tingling is up round your face and head, please go to a GP sooner than later. I am not sure how things work for you in your home but some folks also go direct to the hospital. This is not recommended as you could wait for hours.
