Hello ker0pi,

I have been massaging the bladder, lower abdomen long before I was diagnosed with MS.

I started dealing with chronic Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) at the age of 4. The only reason given, Retention. I had an Urologist tell me a very long time ago to massage my bladder, abdomen to help empty my bladder.
