Default Hi Joelin

Welcome to Neuro Talk. I have the same type of thing you do. Had an injury to the ankle, flat pronated foot, torn tendons. Wound up with PN in my foot and ankle. Same type of sensations you have gotten. There are some things you can do to help yourself. Get your B12 levels checked. Since the beginning I have been on B12 injections. It does make a difference. I also use Lidocane patches over with most painful areas. There are also creams that are mixed with various ingredients like Ketamine in it that also deaden the pain. Try to do PT too, and keep your foot as mobile as you can. Mrs.D knows a lot about nutrition, and I hope she will jump into this. Many folks are on NT with this condition. People will respond to you. ginnie
