I'm not saying there's nothing to it; I'm saying that IMO there isn't enough good information about it to back up/support any claims/statements, so watch what's behind your gut.

That said, I have IBS, have been mis-diagnosed as having Crohn's Disease, and been through the gauntlet/mill regarding LGS.
