High levels of mercury in the blood are not good.

Sometimes you have to see a doctor who has experience with heavy metals. This would be an integrative doctor, or one who is trained in environmental medicine.

Each type can be found on Google, from their main associations.
I am not sure about other countries. In that case you may have to call and ask: "Does this doctor have experience with heavy metal poisoning diagnosis and treatment?" If not ask for a referral.
