I tried a new smoothie recipe:
- Lite grape juice
- 2/3 cup of unsalted almonds
- 2 heaping tablespoon of the Ultimate Meal
- 3 broccoli spears
- 1 large outer leaf of cabbage
- Apricot mango juice
- Lemon juice
I put the grape juice and almonds in first. I blended until all of the almonds diapered, about 1 minute. Added the rest of the ingredients and blended. It resulted in 32 ounces, two portions. It tasted quite good.
I think I will start taking advantage of the Vitamix more often.
