I must have missed this along the way, so I'm happy to see it.

Most of us know this stuff, but as we know the medical community usually
doesn't. This validates the true nature of this rotten disease. The only thing
I found wrong is that it mentions using ice.
I printed it & intend to share.

I go in for my 22nd nerve block today and usually all goes pretty well,
I have an awesome P.M. thankfully. I'm pretty sedated for remainder of day.
Could use some hugs though ??
