I have a little improvement and i think i am able to reverse the symptoms soon. Posture and breathing exercises are the main key for now. Also, not using my computer for more than 10 to 15 minutes in the morning or in the evening which is the hardest but if i was able 10 or 15 years ago why i could not today?? I am looking to go for 1 scence of Global Postural Re-education, 1 of chiropractic and one of massage.

Now i am not sure what kind of massage is gonna be the best so if anyone had a good experience on different type of massage i would like to get a few review. Thinking about deep tissue massage but i am not sure. I don't care about if it's painful or not. Better to get lots of pain for 1 hour than have less forever!! This video is pretty funny and dosen't look painful...... if you are on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152043739324823
