Joy in recognizing he yet lives though he had done what he could to escape what he recognized as immediate emotional pain.....

Thankfulness you all care so much.....

Knowing we as parents have to tread carefully regarding him and that he will allow us to talk when he feels right about it.......

Caring so we text brief infrequent messages to him to impart love, for that is enough right now......

Blessed to have faith which sees us through....



P.S. I have not been here much lately as between our son, my major surgery earlier this year, re-engaging in my professional practice, and SLEEP [that balm of the post surgical patient whence cometh much healing] there has been little wakefulness to share on these keys. Nevertheless I CARE and am grateful for the overwhelming care you all demonstrate so very freely. Thank you from the depths of my heart.
